PROCESSING/SHIPPING

Because of the handmade nature of our products, please allow up to 14-21 business days for shipment.  Often orders go out much sooner but these guidelines allow for fabric availability, fabrics en route to our studio or out of stock. Please contact us if you need something sooner and we will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee earlier delivery dates because of the aforementioned reasons.

Packages ship via USPS with tracking provided.  Shipping is calculated by weight automatically during checkout.  Upgrading to Priority Mail does not shorten our order processing time, you will just get it faster once it has shipped.  USPS Parcel Select option does not offer insurance.  Please know if you select this option and your package is lost or damaged, we are unable to offer reimbursement or replacement.  We recommend upgrading to Priority Mail or UPS for added security.  

Jolie Marche is not responsible for packages marked as DELIVERED.  If a package is marked delivered and you did not receive it, or if it is damaged, it is the customers responsibility to file a lost or stolen parcel claim with the carrier. 

INSERT SIZE

The majority of covers in display photos on our website are 20” or 22” with a 2” larger down insert. Keep in mind inserts vary widely by manufacturer and you may need to go up or down in size to get the desired look. Your pillow covers will come slightly smaller than the size ordered to insure a snug fit.  You can always size up to a larger insert if you want a more firm overstuffed pillow.

Please be careful with the zipper seams when you stuff it with your insert.  Our seams are reinforced but excessive strain on them cause damage.  

Use this technique for a perfect pillow every time!

1. Lay your insert face up with the opened zipper on the bottom.  

2. Fold your insert in half BEFORE placing it inside the cover

3. While holding the folded insert, place it inside the cover fully (while still holding the fold)

4. Once the insert is fully inside and has cleared the zipper opening, then release the insert to lay flat

5. Adjust insert so that corners of cover are filled and zip!

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer a one time exchange for a product of same or greater value, if contact is made within 14 days of receiving the product and in accordance with the following requirements.  Exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed and unused.  Return postage for exchanges is at the buyer's expense and we must receive within 14 days of exchange approval. Once we receive your return, we will begin processing the exchange and send notification and invoice for overage or shipping once it is complete.  We are unable to honor sale pricing for exchanges.  Once the exchange is processed, current pricing for the items will apply.  Any exchange credits must to be used within 180 days.

Studio Samples are FINAL SALE.  Samples are always first quality with no flaws or printing imperfections.  Because they are samples, they may measure slightly smaller than the size listed but will always still fit the recommended insert size perfectly.

Special order sizes are final sale, no returns or exchanges and are excluded from any sales or discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders begin processing immediately and unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders for any reason. Because of the handmade to order nature of our products, your payment is processed at the time of the order.  Orders are submitted to print after authorization and cannot be cancelled, modified or changed.

DAMAGES

We inspect every item prior to shipping, but if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 10 days of receipt and we will process a replacement.

APPEARANCE

Fabric repeats vary. We are unable to guarantee stripe or floral placement on any of our fabrics and that placement may differ slightly from the product photo representation online.  Items may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate a defect. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products.  Hand printing will produce variations in color that are not defective in nature and should not be considered damaged.  All Jolie Marche pillow covers come with an exposed brass zipper.  

Care is taken prior to shipment to verify that our high standards in design and craftsmanship have been met. Our items are inspected prior to shipment, but damages and order errors do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage or missing items within 7 days from delivery and we will quickly process a replacement in the same style that was ordered.

 Our Vintage line of products are imported from all over the world and may contain flaws, discoloration, and imperfections that are consistent with vintage, timeworn fabrics.  Vintage pillow covers are sold as is and cannot be returned.  

SAMPLES

In order to keep our prices low, we utilize small batch printing and weaving.  For this reason, we are unable to offer samples of our fabrics. 

WALLPAPER

Wallpaper and Murals are non-refundable, FINAL SALE and cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed.  Please make sure you take advantage of the sample option to make sure you are happy with the color and design prior to placing your order. 

TAPESTRY YARDAGE

Tapestry by the yard fabrics are printed to order and final sale.  No refunds, or exchanges on cut yardage.  Please purchase a sample prior to purchasing yardage to approve color and ground cloth preference.  Some shrinkage will occur (usually less than 5%) due to the drying process.  If your project is close on yardage needed, consider purchasing an extra yard.

SALE PRICING AND ADJUSTMENTS

Sample sale items are final sale.  We occasionally run sales and offer promo discounts but prior purchases are excluded from these sales and any promotions that apply. We do not offer price adjustments for purchases made prior to those sales.  If you return an item that was purchased during a sale, the current selling price will apply for the exchanged item.

 CLEANING/CARE

We highly recommend spot cleaning to preserve the vibrancy of our prints however if you need to wash, we recommend hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
